On Tuesday, August 11th , 2026, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required the Woodland Lakes public water system ID, TX1700080, to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform customers, individuals, or employees that due to conditions which occurred recently in the public water system, the water from this public water system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes.
The public water system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore the quality of the water distributed by this public water system used for drinking water or human consumption purposes and has provided TCEQ with laboratory test results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling prior to use as of August 13th, 2026.

For the service to be cancelled, a cancel service form is required. Service can be cancelled by emailing the cancel service form, mailing it to us, or coming into one of our offices to fill out the form. Service will not be finalized until H2O Innovation – Trusted Utility Partners, receives the cancel service form.
Both forms have editable fields you can fill directly on your phone or computer. Once completed, send the filled form at customercare@h2oinnovation.com, or return it to one of our office locations.
A deposit of $250.00 with proper documentations and an application fee of $25.00 will be collected. You can pay this via credit card over the phone OR in person using check or money order. All information can be brought into one of our locations or sent to our P.O. Box 2569, Spring, TX 77383.
