On Friday, July 31st, 2026, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required the Ramblewood public water system ID, TX1011528, to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform customers, individuals, or employees that due to conditions which occurred recently in the public water system, the water from this public water system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes.
The public water system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore the quality of the water distributed by this public water system used for drinking water or human consumption purposes and has provided TCEQ with laboratory test results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling prior to use as of August 2nd, 2026.

The public water system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore the quality of the water distributed by this public water system used for drinking water or human consumption purposes and has provided TCEQ with laboratory test results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling prior to use as of July 24th, 2026.

The OAKMONT PUD | WEST PARK MUD | Northgate Crossing M.U.D. #2 water systems have violated the monitoring and reporting requirements set by Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). All required samples were collected by the public water systems. The violation resulted from a delinquency with the contracted state laboratory; Invoices were not received, which delayed the reporting of results. All outstanding fees have since been paid, and the laboratory has released the results to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Contact information has been reviewed and updated to ensure proper invoice routing and prevent future occurrences.

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has notified the Westwood Shores MUD, TX2280016 that the drinking water being supplied to customers had exceeded the Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) for total trihalomethanes. You do not need to use an alternative water supply. However, if you have health concerns, you may want to talk to your doctor to get more information about how this may affect you. We are working to correct the problem.

H2O Innovation is the billing and collection agent for the water District that you live in. We are NOT the District. We are bound by the District’s Rate Order or Tariff to enforce the water and sewer rates, late fees, disconnect fees, deposit fees, application fees, rules and regulations set forth by your Water District. We have no authority to waive deposits, cut off fees, late fees or make exceptions for any customer without consent of the Board of Directors of your District.
What is a Rate Order or Tariff
The Rate Order or Tariff is a legal document created by each Utility District. The Rate Order or Tariff specifies the rates that are to be charged to all of its customers. It sets policies and procedures for monthly water and sewer service rates for all user classes, security deposit schedules for customer accounts, penalty fees for delinquent accounts, disconnect fees for delinquent accounts, procedures and important dates for billing of accounts. The Rate Order or Tariff also sets requirements for new water taps and connections to the District’s system and water tap fee schedule.
