Residential Alert Active – Monitoring Requirements Not Met
Dear Residents, our system failed to collect every required coliform sample. Although this incident was not an emergency, as our customers, you have a right to know what happened and what we did to correct this situation. We are required to monitor your drinking water for specific contaminants on a regular basis. During January 01, 2023 to January 31, 2023 we did not complete all testing for coliform bacteria according to TCEQ rules and regulations and therefore cannot be sure of the quality of your drinking water during that time.

There is nothing you need to do at this time. You may continue to drink the water. If a situation arises where the water is no longer safe to drink, we are required to notify you within 24 hours. You can read the full notice by clicking here or in the documents below.
