Residential Alert Active – Monitoring Requirements Not Met
Dear Residents, our system failed to collect every required coliform sample. Although this incident was not an emergency, as our customers, you have a right to know what happened and what we did to correct this situation. We are required to monitor your drinking water for specific contaminants on a regular basis. Results of regular monitoring are an indicator of whether or not our drinking water meets health standards. During June 01, 2023 to June 30, 2023 we did not complete all testing for coliform bacteria according to TCEQ rules and regulations and therefore cannot be sure of the quality of your drinking water during that time.
There is nothing you need to do at this time. You may continue to drink the water. If a situation arises where the water is no longer safe to drink, we are required to notify you within 24 hours.

A deposit of $100.00 or $500.00 depending on owning or leasing the property with proper documentations and an application fee of $35.00 will be collected. You can pay this via credit card over the phone OR in person using check or money order at 2200 Sciaaca Rd, Spring, TX 77388. There is a 24-hour night drop box at this location or mail to P.O. Box 2569, Spring, TX 77383.
