For the service to be cancelled, a cancel service form is required. Service can be cancelled by emailing the cancel service form, mailing it to us, or coming into one of our offices to fill out the form. Service will not be finalized until H2O Innovation – Trusted Utility Partners (formerly Gulf Utility Service, Inc.), receives the cancel service form.
Both forms have editable fields you can fill directly on your phone or computer. Once completed, send the filled form at customercare.cypress@h2oinnovation.com, return it to one of our office locations, or fax it to 281-355-1312.
A deposit of $75.00 for owners and $125.00 for renters and an application fee of $30.00 will be collected. This will need to be paid by a check or money order only. All information can be brought into one of our locations, sent to our PO Box or our 24-hour night drop box.
