Dear residents, it’s been brought to our attention that an unofficial MUD #389 account was set up on an external payment platform we are not affiliated with, called DOXO. Please DO NOT USE DOXO to pay your bill. The only correct payment link for MUD #389 is https://h2o.starnik.net/.
For the service to be cancelled, a cancel service form is required. Service can be cancelled by emailing the cancel service form, mailing it to us, or coming into one of our offices to fill out the form. Service will not be finalized until H2O Innovation – Trusted Utility Partners, receives the cancel service form.
Both forms have editable fields you can fill directly on your phone or computer. Once completed, send the filled form at customercare@h2oinnovation.com, or return it to one of our office locations.
A deposit of $75.00 or $125.00 depending on owning or leasing the property with proper documentations and an application fee of $25.00 will be collected. You can pay this via credit card over the phone OR in person using check or money order. All information can be brought into one of our locations or sent to our P.O. Box 2569, Spring, TX 77383.
