Residential Alert Active – Stage 2 Drought Conditions
We request that all residents implement limited outdoor irrigation use to no more than 2 days per week between 7:00 P.M and 5:00 A.M in conformity with the following schedule effective September 14, 2023.

A deposit of $75.00 or $150.00 depending on owning or leasing the property with proper documentations and an application fee of $40.00 will be collected. You can pay this via credit card over the phone OR in person using check or money order at 2200 Sciaaca Rd, Spring, TX 77388. There is a 24-hour night drop box at this location or mail to P.O. Box 2569, Spring, TX 77383.
